What We are Looking For

•  Valid NMC registration as an RGN or RMN
•  Up-to-date knowledge of current clinical best practices
•  Experience in writing detailed care plans and risk assessments
•  Familiarity with key legislation including the Mental Capacity Act (MCA), Deprivation of Liberty Safeguards (DoLS), and Royal Pharmaceutical Society guidelines
•  A genuine, compassionate approach with a strong commitment to delivering high-quality, individualised care
