Visa Sponsorship Jobs
Uk Overseas Nurse & Carers Jobs to Relocate UK with Visa Sponsorship
Job Description
Are you a dedicated healthcare professional seeking new opportunities in the UK?
We specialize in recruiting compassionate nurses and carers from across the globe, as well as those already based in the UK. Our experienced team handles sponsorship and relocation to help you make a smooth transition.
If this sounds like the right move for you, here’s what you need to know to get started.
Eligibility for Nurses
To join our team, you’ll need to meet the Nursing and Midwifery Council’s standards, including proving your English language skills through an approved test, a qualification taught in English, or other accepted evidence. You’ll also need to pass the Computer-Based Test (CBT), which is the first part of the NMC’s Test of Competence, complete a tuberculosis screening, and prepare for the Objective Structured Clinical Examination (OSCE).
Once in the UK, you’ll take the OSCE at one of the approved centres across the country. For full details on the English language requirements and the registration process, visit the official NMC guidance: https://www.nmc.org.uk/registration/joining-the-register/english-language-requirements/.
Eligibility for Carers
For care roles, whether you’re applying from overseas or within the UK, you’ll need to demonstrate English proficiency at least to B1 level on the CEFR scale, as required for the Health and Care Worker visa. This can be shown by passing an approved Secure English Language Test (SELT), holding certain UK school qualifications in English (like GCSE or equivalent gained before age 18), or having a degree-level qualification taught and examined in English.
If your degree was obtained outside the UK, you’ll need confirmation from Ecctis that it’s equivalent to a UK bachelor’s, master’s, or PhD. More information on proving your English knowledge for this visa can be found here: https://www.gov.uk/health-care-worker-visa/knowledge-of-english.
What We Provide
We offer a comprehensive relocation support package to make your move easier, covering key costs such as your Certificate of Sponsorship, visa processing, flights, and initial accommodation.
For nurses preparing for registration, we include full OSCE training, help with booking the exam, and assistance with related travel.
From the day you arrive, our in-house pastoral care team will be there to support you every step of the way, helping you settle in and feel at home.
How to Apply
Please send your application by email, including:
- A cover letter explaining your interest and experience
- A recent photo of yourself against a plain, clean background
- Your CV, clearly listing all healthcare-related qualifications and certificates
- Your nationality and current location
Note that we carefully review applications against our criteria, so only complete submissions will be considered.
Please avoid following up via WhatsApp or other channels for the same opportunity, as we won’t be able to respond.
We’re excited to hear from talented professionals like you and help you build a rewarding career in the UK.
